Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage and maintain warehouse operations, pick and pack orders, and ensure timely deliveries to hospitals. The ideal candidate should possess a Class 3 Driving License and have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office and ERP systems. This role involves participating in stock audits and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Responsible for managing warehouse operations and inventory levels.
- Ability to utilize ERP systems for inventory management.
- Participate in annual stock counts and audits.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack implant sets based on sales team orders.
- Deliver implants and instrument sets to hospitals.
- Inspect incoming shipments and organize warehouse materials.
Skills
Manage and maintain warehouse operations and inventory levels. Pick and pack implant sets based on sales team orders. Deliver implants and instrument sets to hospitals in a timely manner. Inspect incoming shipments and organize materials within the warehouse. Issue purchase orders and verify accuracy of all accompanying documentation. Monitor stock levels and check product expiry dates to ensure quality compliance. Participate in annual stock counts and inventory audits. Assist the Admin Manager with administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required. Utilize the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for efficient warehouse and inventory management.
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License is preferred.
- Preferable basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP
