Job summary

A human resource agency is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage personnel administration and support operations. About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage full-spectrum personnel administration and support organizational operations. In this role, you’ll handle HR processes, compliance, and staff welfare, while also playing an active part in manpower planning and key organizational events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end personnel administration, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and exits.
  • Administer staff welfare, awards, sponsorships, and entitlements.
  • Coordinate and organize ceremonies, events, and related logistics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for staff administrative matters and daily HR queries.
  • Support compliance processes, disciplinary case management, and organizational risk assessments.
  • Develop knowledge management resources and contribute to organizational reviews.
  • Oversee manpower deployment and staffing for operations and major events.
  • Handle additional administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR administrative experience with security and enforcement industry will be strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in FormSG (design and usage).
  • Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
  • Able to work outside normal office hours during critical operations or national events.
