Qualifications
- At least 3 years for Senior Executive / 5 years for Assistant Manager of HR business partnering experience.
- Demonstrated track record of commitment and growth within an organization.
Responsibilities
- Align P&O initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage full cycle of the recruitment process.
- Oversee salary benchmarking and compensation structures.
- Handle employee relations matters.
- Lead employee engagement and wellness programs.

- Align P&O initiatives and functions with overall business objectives and organizational needs.
- Provide daily performance management support and interpret P&O policies for line supervisors and managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and manage the full cycle of the recruitment process.
- Oversee, participate in, and review salary benchmarking, annual increments, bonuses, and allowance structures to ensure compensation and benefits remain relevant, competitive, and internally equitable.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Evaluate and enhance P&O workflows, policies, and procedures while implementing productivity initiatives that motivate employees and strengthen business performance.
- Lead and coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Degree in Business or a HR-related field, with at least 3 years (SE) / 5 years (AM) of HR business partnering experience.
- Strong professional presence and credibility, supported by excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated track record of commitment and growth within an organization.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Agile mindset with the capability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
