A leading tech company based in Singapore seeks a Technical Program Manager to oversee APAC Data Center Operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 8+ years in program management, and 5+ years in leadership. This role involves managing business reviews, financial strategy, and leading a regional team to drive operational excellence. Strong expertise in data center operations is essential, alongside a proven track record in managing complex projects and teams.
Competenze
- 8 years of experience in program management or business operations.
- 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Experience working in data centers or similar environments.
Mansioni
- Design and manage APAC DCOps business, including reviews and KPI tracking.
- Define and implement core functional pillars for APAC DCOps.
- Lead efforts to simplify and standardize operations.
- Drive regional financial strategy and oversee workforce plans.
- Manage a regional team of Program Managers.
