Responsibilities

• Your responsibilities will include working on resolving incidents that occur, maintaining and upgrading existing network infrastructure to current standards, and sustaining operations, as well as contributing to technical and procedural documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Working experience with IPv4, IPv6, BGP, and layer 2 technologies.
• Good understanding of large-scale LAN and WAN networking technologies.
• Experience with Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, and Fortinet product portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate and troubleshoot with internal and external partner teams.
• B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience.
• Juniper JNCIA/JNCIP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent experience.
• We operate a 24x7x365 day follow the sun support model - Flexibility to work in a day-time shift pattern is required
