Core Skills & Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

• Lead enterprise IT infrastructure covering systems, networks, storage, databases, and security platforms.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical systems.

• Manage on-premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments.

Cloud & Architecture

• Design and manage hybrid cloud environments using Microsoft Azure.

• Implement secure cloud landing zones, VPN connectivity, and firewall frameworks.

• Define infrastructure standards, architecture principles, and technology roadmaps.

IT Service Management (ITSM)

• Implement and govern ITIL-aligned processes including incident, problem, change, and configuration management.

• Drive service availability, capacity planning, and performance management.

• Establish operational KPIs, SLAs, and service reporting.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

• Design, implement, and maintain BCP and DR strategies for critical systems.

• Conduct DR planning, testing, validation, and documentation.

• Ensure infrastructure resilience and operational continuity.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Govern infrastructure security, vulnerability management, and patch management.

• Manage security incidents, audits, and compliance requirements.

• Implement firewalls, IPS, ADCs, and security monitoring controls.

Project & Program Execution

• Lead large-scale infrastructure programs and technology refresh initiatives.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, and transition to operations.

• Support technical evaluations, vendor engagement, and solution selection.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage technology vendors, service providers, contracts, and SLAs.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery outcomes.

• Drive cost optimisation and service quality improvements.

Leadership & Governance

• Lead and develop infrastructure and operations teams.

• Drive operational discipline, documentation standards, and process maturity.

• Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with organisational policies.
