Job summary

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute application development deliverables and activities
  • Participate in various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for IT Projects and to interface with various IT stakeholders such as 3rd party vendor suppliers, business analysts and project managers to perform development activities
  • Documenting the application technical specifications and database detail design
  • Experienced in troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues
  • Experienced in deploying components and applications on windows environment – client and server based
  • Conducting Peer code reviews
  • Adhere to, influence, and advocate internal software design & development standards, processes and best practices such as but not limited to code re-use, scalability, portability, secure, documentation, etc.
  • Work closely with the Application Development team members and Architects to develop code that is aligned to approved design and specifications.
  • Work closely with the Application Development team and QA teams to ensure any defects highlighted in QA or UAT phases are remediated.
  • Adhere to SDLC, and Project Governance internal and regulatory (Sarbanes Oxley & Casino Regulatory Authority) guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Design and manage User Access Review (UAR) campaigns.
  • Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
  • Configure policy violations, certifications, and remediation workflows.
  • Develop custom rules, workflows, and tasks using BeanShell scripting.
  • Create and manage roles, QuickLinks, and IdentityIQ dashboards.
  • Build and maintain reports for compliance and operational needs.
  • Perform SailPoint IIQ upgrades, patch installations, and eFix deployments.
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Support internal and external audit activities related to IAM.
Job Requirements
  • Min 4 year’s development experience and can demonstrate strong understanding of fundamentals of requirements specification, design, coding, and testing of information systems
  • Experienced with the usage of Software design patterns
  • Onboard applications into SailPoint IIQ for identity lifecycle and access governance.
  • Strong knowledge of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) functionality.
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity IQ 8.x (preferably 8.4).
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts: provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, RBAC, SoD, Configuration etc.
  • Proficiency in BeanShell scripting, Workflow, Java, XML, and SQL.
  • Experience with role modeling, QuickLinks, and custom workflows.
  • Knowledge of SailPoint upgrade processes, patching, and eFix installation.
