Job summary
A prominent recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Executive to join a manufacturing client. Responsibilities include preparing essential shipping documentation, coordinating shipments with freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience and can start immediately. This role provides a permanent contract with competitive salary packages.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics or trade operations.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify all shipping documentation.
- Ensure outbound paperwork aligns with customer requirements.
- Coordinate shipment arrangements and monitor inbound shipments.
- Handle data entry and maintain shipping records.

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Shipping Executive to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Shipping Executive
- Location: North, Singapore
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Bonus
- Prepare and verify all essential shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and insurance documents.
- Ensure all outbound paperwork is accurate and aligns with specific customer and carrier requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for shipment arrangements, coordinating closely with freight forwarders, overseas offices, and customers.
- Monitor and facilitate the timely clearance of all inbound shipments.
- Secure necessary permits and licenses required for the legal shipment of goods.
- Arrange courier services for sample deliveries and document dispatch.
- Handle data entry, document filing, and maintenance of shipping records.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- At least Nitec in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or other related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience in shipping, logistics or trade operations role.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
