About the Role

We are seeking a pro-active Logistics & Warehouse Management Executive to oversee warehouse operations and inbound logistics. This role ensures accurate inventory control, efficient warehouse workflow, regulatory compliance, smooth inbound supply, and strong internal support for production and outlet needs. The position works closely with cross-functional teams and supports Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) improvement as the company continues to transform.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control
  • Implement and improve warehouse policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods to optimize workflow and space utilization.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, replenishment, and conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and inventory checks.
  • Apply inventory control methods such as FIFO/LIFO, ABC analysis, and batch tracking.
  • Maintain warehouse safety, security, housekeeping, and compliance with workplace health and environmental regulations.
  • Support safety training and emergency preparedness activities.
Leadership & Performance Management
  • Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, direction, and training to ensure strong performance and productivity.
  • Track warehouse KPIs including productivity, accuracy, safety, and timeliness.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching for improvement.
Inbound Logistics & Supplier Coordination
  • Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee receiving processes to ensure shipment accuracy, quality, and compliance.
  • Resolve inbound issues such as delays, discrepancies, damaged goods, and customs-related matters.
Documentation, Compliance & Cost Control
  • Ensure shipping documents (e.g., BL, packing list, customs documentation) comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inbound and warehouse records, including stock levels and supplier performance.
  • Monitor third-party warehouse service providers and validate freight and storage costs against budgets and contract terms.
  • Propose efficiency improvements and cost-saving measures.
Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Use WMS, ERP, and logistics software to manage inventory and track shipments.
  • Generate reports on warehouse performance metrics, inventory accuracy, and inbound shipment status.
  • Support and recommend WMS improvements in alignment with operational requirements.
Internal Coordination & Operational Support
  • Ensure timely inbound supply to support production and outlet operations.
  • Address supplier-related issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Marketing, R&D, and Operations on inventory planning and order fulfilment.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inbound supply chain.
  • Knowledge of warehousing, transportation coordination, international shipping regulations, and customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong coordination, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
