Position Summary

• Responsible for executing integrated B2B demand generation activities to market Samsung B2B products and solutions across key industries.
• Drive active channel engagement and partner programs to build strong mindshare and foster joint collaboration.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and P&L for the Large Format Display (LFD) and LED portfolios in the B2B business, covering all large format displays for commercial use.
• Develop product configurations, positioning, and channel strategies for targeted segments.
• Identify market and technology trends to provide feedback to the product planning team at HQ.
• Manage Supply Chain to ensure smooth delivery to channel partners, working with sales, account managers, and SCM managers on forecasts and KPIs.
• Collaborate with channel partners to meet business plans and maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Review pricing quarterly to ensure competitiveness.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and product comparisons.
• Liaise with HQ and regional offices on product requests and pricing; participate in product meetings.
• Assist in managing distributors and channel partners to develop and secure commercial tenders.
• Ensure effective management of marketing and sales deductions through proper P&L oversight.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of LFD display solutions and coordinate with third parties for compatibility.
• Design new go-to-market strategies to develop new business segments.
• Identify and develop new applications and markets for LFD.
• Create and manage channel partner programs, including incentives, training, and certification.
• Collaborate with account and solutions teams to create new GTMs and approaches for product lines.
• Work with internal teams to explore cross-product offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

• Possess broad expertise or unique knowledge, contributing creatively and effectively to company objectives.
• Actively resolve complex issues by analyzing situations or data, even when solutions are not immediately apparent.
• Operate independently to determine methods and procedures for new or special assignments.
• May supervise others' activities.
• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years with a Master's, or 7 years with a PhD.
