Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of our Accounts Receivables Purchase (ARP) product, targeted at Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), including strategy, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
Regional coverage responsibilities include Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including credit risk, business development, data analytics, technology, and operations, to ensure timely and compliant delivery of the ARP offering.
Conduct in-depth market research and customer interviews to identify SME pain points related to receivables and cash flow management.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, including adoption rates, portfolio performance, campaign effectiveness, and user satisfaction.
Manage external relationships with brokers, factoring partners, and international associations.
Own the product roadmap, translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for development teams.
Champion ARP product awareness internally and externally, including creating sales enablement materials and conducting product training.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings in SME financing and solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in SME financing, or trade finance.
Strong understanding of accounts receivables, invoice financing, factoring, or supply chain finance.
Proven experience managing complex financial products with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ASEAN’s SME ecosystem and regulatory framework is highly desirable.
Agile product development experience is a strong advantage.
