A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks a Reliability Engineer to support investigations of equipment failures and implement advanced analytics for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, with 5-6 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. This position involves engaging with cross-functional teams and requires familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualificações
Minimum 5-6 years of equipment experience.
Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industries preferred.
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and TPM methodologies is desirable.

Lead/support projects to implement adoption of cutting‑edge technologies and methodologies for predictive maintenance, equipment reliability & maintenance practice improvement, and knowledge management.
Support implementation of advanced analytics and performance metrics to identify Continuous Improvement opportunities.
Support spare parts management, optimization, and budgeting.
Support reliability meetings to provide periodic updates on equipment performance & reliability trends and progress of key reliability initiatives with stakeholders.
Engage with cross‑functional team, including Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality and Supply Chain, to ensure the seamless integration and success of the reliability program.

Requirements
Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering
Min 5-6 years of equipment experience
Experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology industries preferred
Able to communicate complex technical information with internal and external colleagues of varying organizational levels in both presentation and technical writing forms
Strong problem solving abilities
Able to adapt to changing business needs and operational requirements
Knowledge and experience in Lean/Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or other continuous improvement methodology experience (e.g., DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Mistake‑proofing, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.) are desirable skills.
Interpersonal and facilitation skills necessary to forge consensus among competing client interests while ensuring objectives are met
Ability to tactfully negotiate and positively influence peers
