The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large‑scale program and portfolio management.

Fields of Play
  • Business Transformation – a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem‑solve, design and deliver large scale, multi‑year, multi‑stakeholder transformation programs.
  • Commercial & Supply Chain Operations – we provide a unique combination of industry‑specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations' performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of complex transformation projects across commercial, supply chain and operations domains
  • Identify and implement improvements in business transformation, go‑to‑market strategy and commercial operations
  • Support technology transformation in areas such as supply chain planning ERP integration and warehouse automation
  • Work closely with various competencies and teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the engagement and transformation process
  • Leverage existing relationships and build new ones to assist partners with generating new business opportunities and building relevant external networks and relationships
  • Demonstrate deep functional capabilities and professional knowledge and stay current with industry and regulatory leading practices
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with Go‑To‑Market and project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Qualifications
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Accountancy, Business, Finance, or Quantitative disciplines is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, business writing and interest in further designing, developing and integrating business operations and technology
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to research client inquiries and emerging issues
Experience

6‑8 years of relevant post‑qualification experience, preferably from Consulting, Commercial Transactions or Industry with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed – Business transformation, Business process Re‑engineering, Market assessment, Post‑merger integration, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement / transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management / transformation
