About the Role
We are seeking a Business Design Analyst to support our regional supply chain innovation and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with our business partner in the Asia-Pacific region, helping to redesign business models, identify new opportunities, and shape the future of our vendor-to-vendor supply chain ecosystem.
This is not an operations or logistics coordination role.
It is a strategic, analytical, and innovation-focused role—ideal for candidates who enjoy solving complex business problems, creating new value, and working across business × supply chain × technology.
We welcome both high-potential juniors and experienced analysts.
Shortlisted candidates will be assessed and placed into the appropriate level internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business model innovation and propose new ways to create value in the supply chain.
- Diagnose customer and internal business issues, identify root causes, and structure transformation opportunities.
- Align business needs with our digital transformation (DX) solutions and service offerings.
- Build a pipeline of high-impact DX or process innovation opportunities across APAC.
- Work with senior leaders to understand management priorities and decision‑making drivers.
- Contribute to a knowledge base of key insights, frameworks, and strategic learnings.
(Senior-level candidates are expected to work independently and lead strategic discussions.)
