A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator/Sales Admin to handle customer inquiries and manage shipping logistics. Position Title: Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin

Working Location: Joo Koon

Working Hours: 5 days, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3300 + Medical & Dental Benefits + AWS + VB

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries via email, fax, phone, letters, or other channels
  • Prepare supporting documents, enter orders into the company computer system, and monitor order status
  • Handle special orders for items that are not in stock or not normally stocked, and update customers when items are available or have arrived, in close coordination with the supply chain team and warehouse team
  • Maintain filing for correspondence, coordinate and manage shipping and delivery documents, and manage Letters of Credit (LC) documentation with banks
  • Prepare documents for sales meetings, track sales records, and participate in sales meetings
  • Manage shipping and customs invoices and coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents
  • Process and update PO and records in the system
  • Check supplier invoices against PO/system records
  • Negotiate rates with company-appointed forwarders to obtain the best available rates in line with the company’s purchasing policy
  • Coordinate all inbound shipments, improve cost efficiency, and track all consignments
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate/ GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated with ability to adapt to changes
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication & written skills in English
