Job Title: Senior Tutor (Secondary or JC – Management of Business (MOB) )
Location: ATOP Academy, East Coast
Employment Type: Part-Time
Working Days: Weekdays & Weekends

ATOP Academy is seeking passionate and experienced Management of Business (MOB) Senior Tutors to join our academic team. You will be responsible for conducting engaging, exam-oriented lessons for Secondary or Junior College students. This role is essential in helping learners build a solid understanding of business concepts, improve case study analysis, and prepare effectively for examinations.

• Deliver interactive and student-focused MOB lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus.
• Develop lesson materials, case study practices, and assessments to reinforce key concepts.
• Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback to guide progress.
• Break down complex business concepts into accessible and relatable content.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress when required.
• Contribute to curriculum refinement and support academic enrichment initiatives.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field from a recognised university, preferably a Singapore local government university (e.g., NUS, NTU, SMU, SUSS, SIT, SUTD).
• Strong academic background in business-related subjects, especially with knowledge of the GCE O or A-Level MOB syllabus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students succeed.
• Responsible, adaptable, and confident in classroom facilitation.
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring MOB is preferred.
