Job summary

A local recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an administrative role involving handling enquiries, assisting with student matters, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate should possess at least a NITEC or O Level certificate, with strong communication and customer service skills. This is a 1-year contract role with potential for an extension, requiring work during school events. Working hours are Monday to Friday with varying schedules.

Job description

  • Strong customer service skills with proper telephone etiquette
  • A good team player with a high level of initiative
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using IT systems

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another 2 years) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch
break
Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
The candidate may be required to work beyond these hours on
certain days (e.g. School events).
