The role is designed for someone early in their career who enjoys financial analysis, clear communication, and working closely with senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and executing commitments to private market funds.
• Join meetings with Fund Managers and founders to review strategies, track records, and upcoming opportunities.
• Prepare one-page summaries and internal presentations for new fund opportunities.
• Review quarterly reports for existing fund investments and update dashboards.
• Track performance metrics regularly of invested positions.
• Analyse income statements and financial data for underlying portfolio companies.
• Build and maintain financial models, including benchmarking using datasets like Preqin.
• Support due diligence, documentation, and manager screening.
• Maintain organised records and ensure follow-through on tasks.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Finance/Accounting degree; Master’s student preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in asset management, private equity, investment banking, or related areas.
