Student Care Teacher needed
Job summary
A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking energetic individuals for a permanent position. Responsibilities include managing classrooms, assisting students with homework, conducting enrichment classes, and ensuring children's wellbeing. Ideal candidates should have GCE O/A levels or Diploma and experience with young children. Training will be provided, and the role requires daily work from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm.
Qualifications
- Min GCE O/A levels/Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior teaching experience in educational institutions is advantageous.
- Keen to teach young children aged 7-12.
Responsibilities
- Manage classroom effectively.
- Assist and coach children with school homework.
- Conduct in-house enrichment classes and ensure lesson plans are delivered.
- Mark assessment worksheets and engage children during group activities.
Skills
Education
Looking for energetic and bubbly individuals who have experience with classroom management at primary or preschool level.
- Classroom management
- Assist to coach and guide school homework to primary school children
- Assist to handle routine of the children and ensure their holistic wellbeing
- Conduct in-house enrichment classes and ensure lesson plans are delivered
- Marking of assessment worksheets
- Interact with and engage children during group activities
- Other adhoc admin duties as required
- Training provided
- Min GCE O/ A levels/ Diploma in any discipline
- Prior teaching experience in a student care, tuition centre, preschool, enrichment centre or other educational institutions would be an advantage
- Keen to teach young children age 7-12
