Job summary

A renowned education institution in Singapore is looking for a Quality Assurance professional to manage audits and coordinate administrative processes. The role involves overseeing EduTrust documentation, ensuring compliance with policies, and compiling employment data. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to operational improvements and liaise with regulatory bodies as needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. This full-time position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Edutrust audit and liaise with Department Heads for evidence/document collection.
  • Submit EduTrust documentation including Policy and Operational Manuals, Corrective Action Plans, and audit evidence.
  • Ensure company’s internal policies comply with Edutrust requirements.
  • Compile graduate employment data into statistics and respond to data requests.
  • Submit amendments to TPGateway for new courses and registration of new lecturers.
  • Collate company-level KPI targets and results annually.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with management and record minutes.
  • Ensure changes to SSG policies are understood by the admin department.
  • Oversee the Administration Department and its responsibilities.
  • Explore administrative and operational improvements.
  • Liaise with SSG on addressing disbursement issues.
Job description
Quality Assurance
  • Manage Edutrust audit, including liaising with Department Heads for evidence/document collection.
  • Submission of EduTrust documentation, including Policy and Operational Manuals (POMs), Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and audit evidence, working with relevant departments.
  • Liaise with department heads to ensure company’s internal policies and processes are conducted (and updated as required), in accordance to Edutrust requirements.
  • Compile graduate employment data into employment statistics, including responding to ad-hoc employment or enrolment data requests by SSG.
  • Submit amendments to TPGateway (SSG’s training partners gateway) for new courses, changes to modules names or registration of new lecturers, and raise Academic Board approval papers accordingly.
  • Collate company-level KPI targets and results annually.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with management, including recording minutes.
Admin
  • Ensure changes to SkillsFuture Singapore’s (SSG) policies and procedures are understood by entire admin department.
  • Eventually oversee the Administration Department. Responsibilities of Admin Department include:
    • Student admissions, student grading/assessments, student visa application, FPS insurance, course fees collection, student attendance taking, and overall handling students’ administration requests.
    • Submit student enrolment data and grading information to SSG’s TPGateway, and check if SSG Grants are disbursed correctly.
    • Track and manage incoming course fee payments from students.
  • Take a pro‑active role in exploring administrative and operational improvements.
  • Liaise with SSG on addressing issues such as missing disbursements.
