About EAIM

As part of EAIM’s expansion and campus relocation to Jurong East (Perennial Business City), we are strengthening our Direct Sales Team to grow our market share among local students, working adults, mid-career professionals, and adult learners.

Role Overview

This is a sales role focused on driving student enrolment from individuals living in Singapore. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, target-driven, and passionate about helping people choose the right education pathway.

You will represent EAIM directly to the local market through face-to-face sales, walk-ins, roadshows, school visits, community outreach, digital leads conversion, and corporate engagement.

Earn a competitive $24,000 on-target commission, with unlimited upside based on performance.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Sales & Student Recruitment
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly local enrolment targets across EAIM programme offerings.
  • Engage and convert prospective students through:
    • Walk-ins & campus consultations
    • Phone & WhatsApp enquiries
    • Online Seminars
    • Email & CRM follow-ups
    • Digital leads from ads & social media
  • Provide clear course counselling on programmes, entry requirements, scholarships, grants, and career pathways.
  • Convert leads to enrolments through active selling, objection handling, and persuasive communication.
2. Outreach & Lead Generation
  • Participate in EAIM Open Houses, preview sessions, campus tours, and community events.
  • Conduct outreach activities such as:
    • School visits (Secondary, ITE, Poly)
    • Corporate outreach (HR/L&D departments)
    • Roadshows, job fairs and events
  • Generate new leads through local campaigns, referrals, and in-person engagement.
  • Support marketing content by providing local insights and student profiles (when required).
3. Sales Pipeline Management
  • Track leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Maintain accurate data on enquiries, conversions, and sales performance.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
4. Admissions & Onboarding
  • Guide students through the full application, documentation, and enrolment process.
  • Work closely with Admissions, Student Services, Registrar, and Academic teams to ensure a smooth start for every student.
  • Ensure all sales and admissions processes meet EduTrust requirements.
Requirements
  • Singaporean / Permanent Resident / Long-term local resident candidates preferred.
  • Minimum Diploma qualification; Degree is an advantage.
  • 1–2 years of experience in direct sales, customer-facing roles, education sales, training sales, retail sales, or corporate outreach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Confident, positive, self-driven, and comfortable working with monthly targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer needs and close sales.
  • Able to work on weekends for Open Houses or recruitment events (time-off provided).
  • The successful candidates will be paid competitive salary plus attractive commission
