in:genius Student Care @ Marymount is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Student Care Teacher to join our team — with the potential to convert to a full-time role.

In this role, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging after-school environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-house programmes effectively
  • Assist in planning programmes and workshops for students
  • Provide academic support to P4–P6 students and guide them in completing their homework
  • Ensure the safe and timely transfer of children from school to the centre
  • Create a positive learning environment that nurtures a growth mindset
  • Build strong relationships with students and maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress
  • Monitor students’ health, safety, and well-being
  • Support the Centre Manager with additional tasks as required
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Education, Arts, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communications, or related fields
  • Familiarity with the current school syllabus; prior experience in student care is a plus
  • Diploma in Student Care & Programme or WSQ in SCC is an advantage
  • Preferably at least 1 year of teaching experience in a school or learning centre
  • Ability to guide upper primary subjects confidently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students and parents effectively
  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s development
