• Provide prompt and professional support to students and parents by handling enquiries via walk-ins, telephone calls, or emails.
• Assist teachers by coordinating additional lesson arrangements and providing student-related information as needed.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with students and parents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote the School’s courses and music products; conduct course consultations for prospective students and parents.
• Manage student billing and collect payments from parents or students.
• Plan and coordinate student timetables effectively to match teacher availability and student needs.
• Be available to work on weekends, based on the branch's operational requirements.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the branch premises at all times.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin to cater to a diverse customer base.
