SmartSprout Student Care Centre – Yishun North Region, Singapore
Weekdays, 12.00PM – 8.00PM
Full-Time | Entry-Level | Training Provided | $1500-$2500 based on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Create a safe and engaging learning environment
• Use creative teaching methods to support student success
• Coordinate with teachers and centre management to ensure centre operation efficiency
• Guide students in completing homework and spelling tests
• Basic administrative work and upkeep of centre premises
• Have safety-first mindset and ensuring safety of children within the centre premises
• Ensure safety during fetching of children from the nearby schools to centre
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents
• Support other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels, NITEC, or equivalent Diploma in any discipline
• Experience working with children (e.g., tuition, teaching, childcare) is valuable
• Provide academic coaching in core subjects
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Reading and writing in Mandarin is required
• Patient, energetic, and responsible
• To work as a team and share collective responsibilities and handle tasks with care
• Retired teachers are welcome to apply.
• Working experience is not mandatory for junior role.
