A leading IT support firm in Singapore is looking for candidates to provide L1 IT support, manage IT service tickets, and assist with network troubleshooting. Responsibilities include ensuring prompt escalation of requests and handling hardware/software support. Ideal candidates should have relevant experience in IT support. Responsibilities
- Support IT Service Management (ITSM) tickets and requests.
- Address and resolve basic incidents and logs.
- Ensure proper escalation of tickets after troubleshooting.
- Perform network troubleshooting using testing devices.
Skills
- 5 Days work, Office hour

- Support consists of IT Service Management (ITSM) tickets, requests, walk-in, on-site, self-help kiosk, VIP phone, on/offboarding of systems, hardware/software support
- Address and resolve basic incident, walk in and requests, logs all incidents and requests
- Ensure proper escalation of all tickets to respective departments promptly after gathering the necessary information / basic troubleshooting
- Network troubleshooting, both wired and wireless using Fluke testing device
