Job Description

To drive the transformation of business processes through the application of agentic AI and intelligent automation technologies.

This role focuses on reimagining and redesigning workflows to improve automation, adaptability, and operational efficiency by embedding AI-driven decision-making and autonomous execution capabilities into end-to-end processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and assess current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for agentic AI and intelligent automation adoption.
• Identify and prioritize AI-enabled use cases that support autonomous decision-making, dynamic workflow routing, and outcome optimization.
• Lead design thinking and process re-engineering workshops to co-create future-state, AI-embedded workflows aligned with business objectives.
• Define and apply structured frameworks for AI use case assessment, including feasibility, value realization, risk, and scalability considerations.
• Redesign end-to-end processes from traditional linear models into adaptive, agent-based workflows that reduce manual intervention while improving agility, consistency, and resilience.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to embed AI, RPA, and digital tools into process designs and operating models.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure process performance, automation impact, and continuous improvement outcomes.
• Support the establishment of governance, standards, and operating models to ensure scalable, compliant, and sustainable AI-enabled process implementations.
• Contribute to change management activities, including stakeholder alignment, communication, and adoption planning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Typically 5–7+ years of experience in business process re-engineering, digital transformation, or automation initiatives, with a proven track record of successful AI or RPA project delivery.
• Hands-on expertise with agentic AI platforms and frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration technologies.
• Strong understanding of workflow redesign, intelligent automation, and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience facilitating design thinking workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI lifecycle management practices (e.g., CI/CD, MLOps) is highly desirable.
