A security consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee and coordinate security officer duties. This role involves training new staff on security protocols, conducting regular patrols, and responding to emergencies. The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising personnel and familiarity with security technologies. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to develop security policies and procedures.
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the duties of security officers.
Train new staff on security protocols, emergency procedures, and site-specific instructions.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to monitor activities and ensure compliance with security standards.
Respond to and manage incidents, emergencies, alarms, and security breaches.
Prepare and review incident reports, shift logs, and investigative documentation.
Maintain communication with management regarding security issues, risks, or unusual activities.
Assist in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and post orders.
Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and other security technologies.
Ensure all security equipment is functioning and report maintenance needs.
