Job summary
A logistics management company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations, manage shipments, and ensure high safety standards. Candidates must have a diploma or 'O' level, 2-3 years of supervisory experience, and be able to communicate in English and Mandarin. Physical fitness is required to manage warehouse tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant supervisory work experience in a warehouse setting.
- Able to lift at least 10kg of goods.
- Physically fit for warehouse tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all shipments are completed on time.
- Manage warehouse operations and uphold safety standards.
- Achieve client satisfaction through effective scheduling.

- Perform supervisory expertise in a warehouse by ensuring all shipments are completed on time and leading a group of warehouse coordinators to carry out warehousing operations.
- Responsible for the general management and administration of the warehouse and upkeeping high levels of work ethics and safety-conscious behaviour
- Achieve client satisfaction and schedule incoming and outgoing orders
- Any additional tasks as assigned by Warehouse Manager.
- At least a "O" level or a Diploma in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant supervisory work experience in a warehouse setting
- Having a forklift license will be an added advantage.
- Physically fit as this job requires you to carry at least 10kg of goods
- Able to work independently and able to communicate in English and Mandarin as one is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
