Overview
- Oversee daily sales operations involving various product categories.
- Monitor and drive the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies based on product trends and customer demand.
- Assign sales territories or client accounts to team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and wholesale buyers.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Identify new sales opportunities and support the development of long-term customer partnerships.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines and new product launches.
- Provide input on pricing, product selection, and promotions based on market feedback.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
- Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
