  • Assign sales territories or client accounts to team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and wholesale buyers.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and support the development of long-term customer partnerships.
  • Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines and new product launches.
  • Provide input on pricing, product selection, and promotions based on market feedback.
