A regional contractor in Singapore seeks an experienced ICT Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of ICT systems. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience and strong organizational skills. Mint Building Services is a regional Mechanical & Electrical and ICT contractor delivering high-quality projects across Singapore and Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on commercial, hospitality, and mission‑critical environments.
Reporting to senior management, the role is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end delivery of ICT scopes, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and quality standards.
This position will work closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal engineering and construction teams to coordinate ICT works, manage risks, and ensure seamless integration with other building services disciplines.
Manage the full lifecycle delivery of ICT projects, from design coordination through to commissioning and handover
Coordinate ICT systems including structured cabling, networks, AV, security, access control, and ELV systems
Manage project programmes, budgets, variations, and cost reporting in line with contract requirements
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on scope, programme, and deliverables
Oversee installation quality, testing, commissioning, documentation, and as‑built submissions
Support procurement, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and company QA/QC procedures
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience delivering ICT or ELV systems, with a minimum of 5 years in a Project Manager or similar leadership role
Strong understanding of ICT systems delivery, project planning, and site coordination
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to programme and budget
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interface confidently with clients and consultants
Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Experience delivering ICT systems within commercial, hospitality, or mission‑critical environments
Prior experience working within a construction, engineering, or integrated MEP environment
Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and handover processes for ICT systems
Experience working in a regional or multi‑project delivery environment
