Job summary

A multinational technology and engineering group in Singapore is looking for a Scheduler to join their team on a 1-year contract. The role involves planning and preparing schedules for various educational programmes, managing resources, and liaising with clients. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and be ITE certificate holders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.

Job description

Our client is a Singaporean multinational technology and engineering group in the aerospace, smart city as well as defence and public security sector.

With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire Scheduler to join their organisation.

  • Plan and prepare schedules for GDWPL, ACLP, DDDLP and CPD programmes.
  • Plan and assign adult educators.
  • Plan and allocate classrooms.
  • Plan and book for catering/refreshments.
  • Ensuring that information boards on Level 5,6 and 7 are accurate.
  • Publish and open schedules for registration via TMS and Portal.
  • Updating the Annual Delivery Master Schedule (ADMS) tracking file.
  • Plan and prepare corporate schedules.
  • Working with clients regarding their preferred schedule.
  • Liaising with AE’s and clients regarding trainers’ availability.
  • Manage training resources-classrooms and AE’s
  • Facilitating venues to accommodate class size.
  • To ensure that there are at least 4 full cohort published weekly amounting to 12-14 cohorts per month and 134-168 full cohorts annually.
  • Assist in monthly AE Payment report.
  • Providing AE’s with the name list 1 week prior to programme commencement.

  • ITE certificate holder or higher with at least 2 years of experience in customer service and training/operations management.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to deal with customers effectively, in a friendly and professional manner, and has good stress tolerance.
  • Possess good decision-making and problem-solving abilities to respond to complaints and questions and to think quickly during customer interactions.
  • Strong attention to details, with good organizationaland multi-tasking ability, with the ability to write and communicate clearly.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a service excellence mindset, committed to delivering high quality work.
  • Adaptable, receptive to change and able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • IT Savvy and is proficient in using Microsoft Office products (ie: Excel)

  • Working hours: Mondays - Fridays: 8.30am - 6.00pm
