Duties & Responsibilities

• Own End-to-End Deployments: Lead the full lifecycle of robotic implementations, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective rollouts.
• Solution Architecture: Design deployment blueprints that are technically sound, scalable, and customised to customer environments.
• Project Leadership: Oversee project timelines, budgets, risk management, and resource planning across multiple concurrent deployments.
• Optimise & Scale: Monitor solution performance post-launch and lead continuous improvement initiatives across deployed fleets.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client interface—understanding operational workflows, translating requirements, and aligning deployments with business objectives.

Skills & Experience

• Technical Foundation: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
• Deployment Experience: 7-10 years managing complex tech deployments—preferably in robotics, automation, or AI-powered systems.
• Tool Proficiency: Working knowledge of robotic platforms (e.g., AMRs, quadrupeds, humanoids); understanding of ROS/ROS2, SLAM, sensor integration, fleet management systems, and safety protocols.
