Job summary
A health organization in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage and maintain IT infrastructure for building systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant experience in data center IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include handling daily IT tasks and ensuring compliance with maintenance agreements. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of relevant experience for the Engineer position.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience for the Senior Engineer position.
- Good understanding of infrastructure best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain building systems servers in WH Server rooms.
- Handle day-to-day IT tasks related to building system solutions.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance agreements.

To manage and maintain the health of building systems servers located in WH Server rooms and ensure compliance to Medical Device and Operational Technology Security Policy. The candidate is responsible to maintain the solution, handle new request on infrastructure, response to change and manage incident ticket.
- Handle the Day-to-Day IT tasks related to building system solution deployed.
- Upkeep the solution to make sure it meets the maintenance agreements and response to any production incident, security incident or change request.
- Good understanding of how IT infrastructure works, to ensure the solution delivered following the best infra practice.
- Other duties assigned by HOD
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1-4 years of relevant working experience, in the area of data center IT infrastructure or system design experience for Engineer position.
- At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience, in the area of data center IT infrastructure or system design experience for Senior Engineer position.
- Reporting to Senior Manager, FM. Good understanding of various infra tools, such as monitoring tool, automation tool, patching tool, file transfer tool etc.
- Experience in VMware, hyperv, Storage and backup is essential.
- Experience in supporting Windows, Linux and ESX
- Experience in IT infra data-centre operations will be an advantage

- Able to handle demanding service response and recovery turnaround.
