A reputable consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced ERP Technical Consultant to analyze business requirements and deploy ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in Dynamics BC implementation, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $8,000 with additional performance bonuses.

- Analyze business requirements to align ERP solutions.
- Deploy ERP systems and conduct user training.
- Handle data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
- Perform functional testing and support UAT.
- Manage change requests and ensure solution implementation.

Inhouse ERP Technical Consultant, Not Consultancy!!
Location: Bukit Batok
Salary: Up to $8,000 + Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Leave: 18 Days Annual Leave
- Analyze business requirements and workflows to align ERP solutions.
- Deploy new ERP systems, conduct user training, and prepare specifications, design documents, and test cases.
- Identify opportunities for process innovation, validate via proof-of-concepts and pilots.
- Handle data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
- Perform functional testing and support UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and support daily operations, customizing systems for new requirements.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper solution implementation.
- Work as a team with Functional Consultant & 7 IT Executives.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in Dynamics BC implementation & support is essential.
- Knowledge of MS Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to draft professional reports and documentation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to continuous learning.
