Inhouse ERP Technical Consultant, Not Consultancy!!

Location: Bukit Batok
Salary: Up to $8,000 + Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Leave: 18 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and workflows to align ERP solutions.
• Deploy new ERP systems, conduct user training, and prepare specifications, design documents, and test cases.
• Identify opportunities for process innovation, validate via proof-of-concepts and pilots.
• Handle data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
• Perform functional testing and support UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and support daily operations, customizing systems for new requirements.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper solution implementation.
• Work as a team with Functional Consultant & 7 IT Executives.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in Dynamics BC implementation & support is essential.
• Knowledge of MS Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to draft professional reports and documentation.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to continuous learning.
