Job summary
A precision technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to improve product cycle time and quality. Responsibilities include daily task management, mold servicing, and ensuring safety regulations are followed. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in injection molding and a relevant academic background. This position emphasizes quality improvement and production efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3 years of working experience in injection molding.
- Awareness of ISO quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all daily tasks and quality improvements are completed.
- Perform mold servicing and documentation on schedule.
- Expedite quality correction to reduce non-conforming products.
- Minimize downtime during production.
Skills
Education
Improvement of products cycle time and quality to meet customer requirements, provide technical advices and services to achieve better results.
- 1) Ensure all the works done by day-to-day.
- 2) Day-to-day quality improvements with QA team.
- 3) Perform mold servicing and documentation as per pre-scheduled to individual products.
- 4) Expedite quality correction time to shorten the production of non-confirming products.
- 5) Minimize lost time due to long setup and down time.
- 6) Ensure safety and housekeeping standards/regulations are being maintained.
Production Goals and Objective

- 2) Machine down time
- 3) Production Yield lost cost
- ITE / NITEC or Form 3 and above
- TECHNICAL - 3 years of working experience in injection molding
- OTHERS- ISO Quality system awareness
- Able to multi-task and troubleshoot equipment issues that may arise
