Job description

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Aerospace MRO to join us today!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of aircraft structure and propulsion systems in accordance with approved procedures and regulations to ensure airworthiness of aircraft.
  • Participate in the Safety Deliberate Action Program, including Aviation Behavior Based Safety (ABBS), Mindfulness, Shisa Kando and Red Teaming.
  • Ensure accuracy in maintenance documentation.
  • Understand and appreciate MRO services and department structure, role, organisation and the key SOPs relevant to the employee's role.
  • Understand Air Force Logistics Orders (AFLO) and aircraft maintenance policies as part of legislation and regulation.
  • Perform general aircraft maintenance and aircraft system servicing per the aircraft maintenance manual.
  • Replace components, service and maintain aircraft mechanical systems via inspection and troubleshooting of flight control, hydraulic, fuel, pneumatic and auxiliary systems.
  • Replace, service, inspect, and maintain aircraft engines and related components at Depot/Flightline.
  • Integrate Quality and Safety Management with aircraft maintenance operations requirements.
  • NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical or equivalent.
  • Passionate about working on aircraft and technical work.
  • Proactive and keen to learn.
