✈️ Aircraft Maintenance Traineeship Programme

Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: SGD 1,800 – 2,400 (inclusive of Monthly Wage Supplement)
📅 Programme Duration: 3 /5 years (Full‑Time Traineeship)
⏰ Rotating Shifts (Work 4 days, rest 2 days):

• Morning: 6:30 am – 4:15 pm
• Afternoon: 4:00 pm – 1:45 am

Additional Benefits:

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training to gain technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in aircraft engine and systems maintenance.
• Assist with the assembly, disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and overhaul of aircraft engines, modules, and components.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, installation or replacement of engine parts, and ensure compliance with aviation safety and quality standards.
• Be proactive in asking questions, learning new processes, and contributing to continuous improvement in a high‑reliability environment.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace‑related fields)

Skills & Attributes
