Qualificações
Minimum 3 years of experience as an engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to mentor and coach production staff.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Responsabilidades
Supervise and implement an improvement plan for production.
Document procedures and work instructions appropriately.
Work with suppliers to solve technical issues.
Monitor and measure results post-implementation of improvements.
Manage Overall Effectiveness Equipment (OEE).
