Job summary

A leading logistics firm based in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to ensure safe cargo handling and compliance with safety standards. The role includes supporting the OSH program, managing deliveries, and performing rigging and signaling during vessel supply. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in PSA or Jurong Port and the ability to work shifts and odd hours. This position offers competitive salary and incentives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prevent injuries and maintain a safe environment.
• Support the OSH program and follow safe work methods.
• Confirm product and quantity before supply delivery.
• Assist in loading/unloading supply equipment.
• Perform rigging & signaling during vessel supply.
• Coordinate with Planner on delivery issues.
• Ensure clear communication with Chief Engineer and driver.
• Submit all delivery documents post-completion.
• Execute other duties as assigned by Planner.

Job description

• Location: Penjuru (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT station)
• Working days: 5.5 days
• Working hour: 8 hours per day
• Salary: $1,800 + Allowances + Incentives + Per Trip Incentives
• Gross: $3,000 - $4,000

Responsibilities

• Committed to doing everything possible to prevent injuries and to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
• Confirm nominated product and quantity as per order delivery ticket before proceeding to supply such as: Check & tally cargoes or tanker number/seal/product grade/quantity
• Assist in loading/unloading of supply equipment and ensure all in good working condition & road worthiness before use
• Perform rigging & signaling of cargoes during vessel supply
• Coordinate with Planner on delivery purpose such as equipment faults, supply disputes
• Communication with Chief Engineer and driver is clear when executing order during supply
• Responsible to submit all delivery document that is check and endorsed after completion
• Other duties assigned by Planner
