Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project engineering activities for ACMV / HVAC systems.
• Plan, schedule, forecast, and coordinate technical and management aspects of projects.
• Supervise, lead, and communicate effectively with Site Engineers and Site Supervisors.
• Control and monitor material and labour costs.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitor overall project progress.
• Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders for successful project implementation.
• Ensure full compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Schedule daily construction activities and define preferred construction methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.
• Monitor and report project progress, issues, and performance to management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
