Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations including installations and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration or project management and at least 5 years in facilities management. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing vendor relationships, and preparing budgets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is preferred. This position may require occasional travel across APAC office locations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in facilities management or project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of building operations and security systems.
  • Proven project management and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across APAC office locations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including furniture installations and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with building management on maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Oversee physical security systems and protocols.
  • Develop procedures for building and FF&E upkeep.
  • Conduct audits and manage furniture inventory.
