This role requires strategic thinking to maximize revenue through effective sales plans and managing staffing within the Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in creating innovative customer experiences. Responsibilities include conducting presentations and managing negotiations.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and marketing management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess competition and market trends.
- Ability to create and implement strategic sales plans.
Responsabilités
- Direct all markets in corporate and leisure segments.
- Research and deliver strategic sales/business plans.
- Conduct presentations to senior management.
- Manage staffing, training, and performance reviews for the Sales Department.
