Working time: Depends on roaster (44hrs a week)

Working days: 6 working days within the week

Location: Islandwide

Basic Salary: $4000 - $4500

Benefits: AWS + 2 months Variable Bonus + 21 days Annual Leave

Job Scopes:

Drive Sales & Profit: Monitor sales performance and profitability to meet or exceed targets.

Manage Inventory: Keep optimal stock levels and monitor turnover.

Plan Promotions: Coordinate sales and promotions with marketing and procurement for maximum revenue impact.

Schedule Staff & Control Costs: Create weekly rosters to meet business needs efficiently.

Job Requirement:

Flexible Schedule: Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

Industry Experience: Retail or F&B experience is a plus.
