Responsibilities

• Ensure that stocks are properly entered into the system.
• Allocate the right stock to the right store by reviewing stock levels.
• Rotate the stocks for better inventory management.
• Pack stocks and liaise with dispatchers on delivery.
• Conduct stock counts before and after exhibitions.
• Handle the application of inward and outward permit.
• Perform the submission of invoice from suppliers in system.
• Update data and generate ad-hoc reports.
