  • Manage quotes, order entry, tracking, and purchase coordination
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients across Asia and the U.S.
  • Work directly with a highly experienced and collaborative manager
  • Support both local and global teams to ensure service excellence
  • Contribute to building new processes and systems as the SG office grows
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or order management
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B distribution environments (not retail)
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote / hybrid setting
  • Flexibility to travel to the U.S. for onboarding
