Job summary

A global recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Assistant Brand Manager in Singapore to lead brand strategy execution and manage integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in the Consumer Goods sector, with proven DTC marketing experience. Strong digital advertising and campaign management skills are essential. This position offers a chance to work collaboratively with various teams and manage a small marketing team.

Qualifications

Assistant Brand Manager (Consumer Goods, MNC)

DTC experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adapt and execute brand strategy and annual marketing plans for Singapore, ensuring clear positioning, compelling offers, and compliant claims aligned with internal regulatory and legal standards.
  • Develop and manage integrated campaigns across media channels – digital, social, radio, influencer partnerships, sampling programs, and retail collaborations.
  • Collaborate with outsourcing or BPO partners on staffing forecasts, SLAs, and compliance processes.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, programmatic) to meet CAC and LTV targets.
  • Design and implement CRM lifecycle programs.
  • Supervise and mentor a small marketing team focused on content, CRM, and analytics execution.
  • Manage the marketing budget, track P&L drivers, and present monthly and quarterly performance reviews with actionable insights.
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, IT, and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in Consumer Goods related industry marketing
  • DTC (Direct to Consumers) or subscription-based marketing experience would be required.
  • Proven experience leading marketing campaigns from strategy to post-analysis, integrating digital, media.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting sense, especially within regulated categories.
