Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage cash and sales transactions in dining facilities.
• Promote services, improve customer satisfaction, answer inquiries, report to supervisor, greet customers. Collect payment and give accurate change.
• Collect and ensure accuracy involving foreign currency exchange.
• Count contents of cash register drawer at the end of each shift, maintain receipts, records, withdraw and deposit cash collections into the safe deposit box at the end of shift duty.
• Perform gate deliveries (Aus & NZ Flights).
• Support I-Shop Changi procurement (pick and pack).
• Any other ad-hoc assignment or project assigned by your superior.

Requirements

• GCE N or O level
• At least 1 year cashiering experience.
• A professional appearance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to read, write English.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• The ability to work midnight shift duties in Changi Airport environment.
