• Analyze business and financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that form the market strategy and help with market growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights that drive profitability and efficiency
• Monitor campaign performance and generate data and insights to discover new opportunities and points for improvement.
• Support alternative business model advancement and multi‑channel strategy development by collaborating with product, R&D, user research and other cross‑function teams.
• Develop metrics and trackers to provide timely performance diagnostics for assessment.
• Drive product portfolio localization and optimization through delivering solid analysis on field force effectiveness and issues identification.
• Support the exploration and assessments of business optimizations in terms of strategies and executions.
• Conduct integrated analysis of market competition/business performance and generate actionable insights from a data‑driven perspective.

• Proven experience in extracting data‑driven insights and delivering actionable business recommendations through clear and compelling presentations— not just dashboards.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and adaptable to fast‑changing environments.
• Strong proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional approach and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
• Possesses a growth mindset with a data‑driven approach to continuously optimize strategies across acquisition, upselling, and retention.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data or business analysis.
• Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, and BigQuery SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or Business.
