JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Preparing the important reports to Beijing HQ, including annual operations review, performance appraisal reports etc.
  • Liaise with Beijing HQ effectively, take charge of processing of incoming correspondences, distribution, follow-up and response.
  • To identify the benchmark companies from industry, and carry out consistent monitoring and learn from their successful management experience and competitive advantages.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop goals for the team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, forecasting and maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
  • Assisting in due diligence reviews for prospective new property acquisition.
  • To assist the Department Head to develop the framework for the corporate management system and coordinate across all the Functional Departments to standardize company’s rules & regulations.
  • Gathering and analyzing the data based on the company’s performance appraisal policies for Managements, Subsidiaries and Functional Departments.
  • Conduct market research and systematically collect and summarize the construction market information for the Management to make decisions.
  • Attend conferences, meetings and industry events.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Min Master's Degree in Economics, Construction Management, Business Administrations or any related fields
  • Good command of both English and Chinese is a must, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates)
  • Have relevant working experience in China
