Qualifications
- Internship or academic research experience in chip modeling, performance simulation, or AI computing preferred.

Responsibilities
- Develop performance analysis models to identify hardware bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements.
- Build functional and execution models to accurately simulate chip behavior and results.
- Collaborate with hardware development and testing teams to define modeling strategies and ensure designs meet specifications.
- Work with the compiler/model compilation team to provide optimization feedback and ensure accurate simulation results.
- Develop custom CUDA operators in PyTorch that maintain data consistency between model and hardware.

- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, CUDA, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch. Experience with C++ or hardware modeling tools is a plus.
- Problem‑Solving: Strong interest in system architecture and performance analysis. Able to identify and resolve modeling discrepancies.
- Teamwork: Effective communicator and team player, capable of working across multidisciplinary teams.
